ListenHub credits can be used on ListenHub.ai to create content, including Explainer Videos, Slides, AI Podcasts, Text to Speech, images and more.

Credit Types

ListenHub offers three types of credits, each with its own usage rules and behavior:

• Monthly Credits

  Issued as part of an active subscription. These credits are valid only for the current billing cycle and do not roll over. Any unused Monthly Credits reset at the start of the next billing period.

• Permanent Credits

  Remain in the account until they are used. These credits never expire and are not affected by changes to subscription status, serving as a persistent credit balance.

• Limited-time Credits

  Have a defined validity period. Any unused credits automatically expire once the validity period ends.

How to Get Credits

Credits can be obtained through the following channels, depending on the credit type.

• Subscriptions (Monthly Credits) After a subscription is successfully purchased, monthly credits are automatically granted every 30 days, based on the exact subscription purchase time (date and time).
  • Basic: 1,300 credits per month
  • Pro: 2,700 credits per month
  • Max: 30,000 credits per month
• Purchases and Eligible Actions (Permanent Credits) Permanent Credits may be earned through qualifying non-promotional actions, including:
  • Credit Pack purchases: One-time purchases available in various amounts (1k, 2.5k, 6k, and 12k credits)
  • Content sharing: Credits are earned when shared content is played by other users.
    • 1 credit per play
    • Up to 50 credits per episode
    • Up to 1,000 credits per user per month through sharing
  • Referral rewards: Credit amounts vary based on the inviter’s subscription status.
    • For non-subscribed users, inviting a registered user earns 10 credits and inviting a subscribed user earns 20 credits, with a weekly maximum of 300 credits
    • For subscribed users, inviting a registered user earns 20 credits and inviting a subscribed user earns 50 credits, with a weekly maximum of 700 credits
• Engagement and Promotional Activities (Limited-time Credits) Limited-time Credits may be earned through the following activities:
  • Daily check-ins: Credits are valid for 7 days, with amounts varying by subscription status.
    • Non-subscribed users earn 10 credits per check-in, valid for 7 days
    • Subscribed users earn 15 credits per check-in, valid for 7 days
  • Promotional Trial Credits: To promote product exploration, the platform grants trial credits to non-subscribed users. New users receive 100 credits upon registration, valid for 30 days; while unsubscribed, credits are automatically granted every 30 days.
  • Official promotional events: Credits awarded for participating in ListenHub promotional campaigns, with the amount, usage scope, and validity period defined in the event information.

Credit Consumption Rules

Credits are deducted based on actual model usage. Below are estimated costs for common tasks:

• 5-minute AI Podcast: ~24 credits
• 10-minute Text to Speech: ~40 credits
• Slides (10 pages): ~150 credits
• Explainer Video (10 images): ~150 credits
