ListenHub credits can be used on ListenHub.ai to create content, including AI Podcasts, FlowSpeech, Storybooks, slides, and videos.

Credits are divided into three categories:

• Monthly Credits: Obtained through free or subscription plans, automatically issued each month on your billing date. These credits are valid until just before your next billing date, and any unused balance will automatically expire.
• Permanent Credits: Earned by sharing your content or purchasing credit packages. These credits never expire and can be used at any time.
• Limited-time Credits: Granted through promotional events. Issuance dates and validity periods vary by event, and any unused credits will automatically expire once the validity period ends.

How to Obtain Credits

Each type of credit has specific ways to be obtained:

• Monthly Credits
  • Free users: Automatically receive 100 credits each month on their billing date. New users receive an additional 100 credits in their first month.
  • Subscription users: Automatically receive credits each month on their billing date, based on the chosen subscription plan:
    • Creator Plan: 1,300 credits/month
    • Professional Plan: 2,700 credits/month
    • Business Plan: 6,300 credits/month
• Permanent Credits
  • Purchase credit packages: Different credit packs are available in various amounts (e.g., 1,000, 2,500, 3,700, 6,300 credits) and can be purchased multiple times as needed. Please refer to the credits pack pricing page for more details.
  • Share content: When your shared content is played, you earn credits.
    • 1 credit per play
    • Up to 50 credits per episode
    • Up to 1,000 credits per user per month through sharing
• Limited-time Credits
  • Awarded for participating in official ListenHub events.
  • The amount, usage scope, and validity period are defined in the event details.
  • Any unused credits will automatically expire at the end of the validity period.

Credit Consumption Rules

Credit consumption is calculated based on the actual model usage for generated content. For example:

• 5-minute AI Podcast: ~24 credits
• 10-minute FlowSpeech: ~40 credits
• 1 Storybook: ~68 credits
• 1 presentation: 15 credits
• 1 video (generated from Storybook): 15 credits
